Join us as we celebrate our 44th annual all-day conference and networking program, highlighting all things wastewater!
The Western Chapter NYWEA proudly announces our 44th Annual Greater Buffalo Environmental Conference. This is an all-day event, and it promises to be a fantastic opportunity for learning and networking. We will be highlighting all things wastewater, and it will offer a chance to connect with engineers, municipalities, operators, and equipment representatives.
During the conference, you'll be able to learn about new and emerging technologies, hear about local projects, and discuss the challenges we face in the wastewater industry. It's a perfect platform to gain insights and share knowledge with like-minded wastewater professionals.

2026 CONFERENCE FEES:
Members - $130
Operators - $95 (To qualify for Operator Registration you must be a PWO Member, and work on a day-to-day basis in the operation or maintenance of a wastewater collection or treatment facility.)
Non-members - $150
Student Members - $25
Conference Sponsorships are available for $250
Please register using one of the following two options.
1. To pay by credit card, online registration is available through Eventbrite (this includes a non-refundable convenience fee). Please visit 44th Annual Greater Buffalo Environmental Conference Tickets, Tue, Mar 10, 2026 at 8:00 AM | Eventbrite for details. The site closes for registration on March 2, 2026. To avoid all service fees, you must use the manual entry option and coordinate with Lisa, do not select the offline payment option, which also includes a non-refundable fee.
2. To pay by check, complete the attached Manual Entry Registration Form and email it to Lisa Smith (lisa.a.smith@ghd.com). This option is for those that require a Purchase Order/Voucher or have multiple staff to register and must pay by check or prefer to be invoiced. Forms must be received before March 2, 2026. Checks should be mailed to:

NOTE: We will not accept walk-ins. Requests for refunds must be made by 10:00 pm on Monday, February 26, 2026 to be considered. If registering via credit card on Eventbrite and a refund request is submitted, convenience fees will NOT be refunded.
Exhibitors - Spaces are still available. If interested, please contact Lisa Smith directly. Do not pay online without confirming availability.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The Hyatt does not have onsite parking. The Augspurger parking ramp is just across the street from the Hyatt (Pearl and West Huron).
• WNYWEA will validate parking for the ramp only. Parking validation tickets will be available at the registration table. (You DO NOT need to bring your parking ticket in with you.)
• Valet parking is not included. If you choose to use valet parking, you are responsible for the cost.
• There is a surface lot on Pearl Street across from the Hyatt but that is also not included in our arrangement with the Hyatt. If you park there, it is at your own expense.
