Welcome exhibitors! We are excited to have you participate in NYWEA's 2025 Spring Meeting! The exhibit hall will be open Monday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 3.

Booths that have already been chosen will show diagonal slashes, be marked as BOOTH RESERVED and show the company that will occupy that space. If you are ready to make selections, please click the Begin Registration! button at the top right.
PLEASE NOTE: For those purchasing multiple booths, please make sure to select ALL of your booths under the same email account (ideally during the same session) using the "Add Another Attendee to this Registration" button. If you need to add an additional booth, or change attendees after the fact, please use the confirmation code and link to the event portal at the bottom of your confirmation email with the same direction.
