The exhibit hall will be open Monday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 3. Please see the VIEW EVENT ITINERARY button on this page for session information.
Please note: You are able to update attendee information post-purchase if necessary. There will be a confirmation code and a link to the event portal at the bottom of your confirmation email that will allow you to update attendee information, make substitutions, change your session choices (these are pre-registrations that will show on your personal schedule in the mobile app. VALID EMAIL ADDRESSES MUST BE ENTERED FOR ALL CONTACTS AND ATTENDEES.

REGISTRATION POLICIES FOR GENERAL REGISTRATION AND EXHIBIT BOOTHS
Only individuals registered and badged may attend convention events.
GENERAL REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS: No refunds will be made on registration fees or special events after May 15th. (Due to NYWEA agreements and required guarantees, fees are forfeited if you are unable to attend the conference.)
BOOTH REFUND POLICY:
TAX DEDUCTION: U.S. Citizens-Treasury regulation 1.162-5 permits an income tax deduction for education expenses (registration fees, cost of travel, meals and lodging) undertaken to maintain or improve skills required in one's employment or business.

In the event that an Exhibitor desires to cancel a reservation, NYWEA must receive a request for cancellation in writing and a refund will only be granted if NYWEA is able to fill the reserved booth with a replacement Exhibitor.
