Please join us for New York's largest water quality technical conference and exhibition!
Details
The exhibit hall will be open Monday, February 2 and Tuesday, February 3. A full event agenda will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

Please note: You are able to update attendee information post-purchase if necessary. There will be a confirmation code and a link to the event portal at the bottom of your confirmation email that will allow you to make an attendee substitution.

REGISTRATION POLICIES FOR GENERAL REGISTRATION AND EXHIBIT BOOTHS
Only individuals registered and badged may attend convention events.


GENERAL REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS: No refunds will be made on registration fees or special events after January 15th. (Due to NYWEA agreements and required guarantees, fees are forfeited if you are unable to attend the conference.)

BOOTH REFUND POLICY:  
A refund of 80 percent will be made for exhibit space cancellation prior to December 19, 2025Between December 19 and December 31, 2025, a refund of 50 percent will be made.  No refund will be made for cancellations after December 31, 2025, unless the booth can be sold to others, in which case a refund of 50 percent will be made. 



TAX DEDUCTION: U.S. Citizens-Treasury regulation 1.162-5 permits an income tax deduction for education expenses (registration fees, cost of travel, meals and lodging) undertaken to maintain or improve skills required in one's employment or business.
